Information you choose to provide
When you call, email, or request a consultation, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, business details, attachments, and any other information included in your message.
Technical information
Our website and hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security or diagnostic logs. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies on this website.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and consultation requests.
- Evaluate requested business-system or technology services.
- Prepare, deliver, and support services you authorize.
- Maintain business records, prevent misuse, and protect site security.
- Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or contractual obligations.
When information may be shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, email, scheduling, file storage, or authorized client services; when you direct or consent to the sharing; to protect rights, safety, or security; or when required by law. Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile numbers and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or lead generators. These protections apply to all sharing described in this policy, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf and use the information only to provide that service.
We use your number and consent records to provide the text communications you authorize, such as inquiry responses, appointment updates, service follow-up, and separately authorized promotions. Providing a phone number does not by itself constitute marketing consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also contact info@DavisIntegrity.com or call 412-816-9892 for assistance. See our Terms & Conditions for SMS program details.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, our legitimate business needs, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless we have arranged an appropriate secure method.
